Last Updated:
Overview
This article outlines the procedure for deleting Tenant Members with Email/Password accounts stored in the Config tenant and connected to a Database within a Private Cloud environment.
Applies To
- Auth0
- Private Cloud
- Tenant Members
- Tenant Admins
- Database Connections
Solution
- Access each individual tenant using a tenant administrator account.
- Navigate to Tenant Settings, then select Tenant Members.
- Delete the target accounts from each individual tenant.
- Access the Config tenant using an account with the Editor - Users role.
- Navigate to User Management, then select Users.
- Delete the target accounts.
NOTE: While deleting accounts in the Config tenant (Steps 4-6) prevents users from logging in to Private Cloud, Steps 1-3 are essential to ensure the accounts are completely removed from each tenant and to avoid leaving orphaned records.
