Overview

https://status.auth0.com/ is currently not working, it only shows "An unexpected error has occurred."
We are also experiencing some issues with Administrators' SSO to the dashboards and wanted to check status page first to see if there are known pending issues, but that page is not available.

Troubleshooting
Check if you can reproduce the same.

Cause

An update in the Status Page can cause issues with backward compatibility and the user browser fails.

Solution

Ask the customer if the page works in an incognito browser window. If the page is working in an incognito window, ask them to clear cookies and local storage and retry on their browser having the issue.
