This article provides details about Load Testing and its availability for customers with the Self-Service Subscription.

Solution

Load Testing is currently not available for Self-Service Subscriptions. It is only available for Enterprise subscriptions.

Customers with an Enterprise subscription may request one load test (with up to 2 repeats) per year against an Auth0 production tenant.

For Self-Service customers to get access to Load Testing, move to an Enterprise subscription. Refer to Load Testing Policy for more details.
