Manage Recipients for Breached Password Summary Notification Report

This article addresses how to manage the recipients of the breached password summary notification report when the current list of recipients is unclear.

These notifications are automatically sent to tenant members who possess the Admin role. The dashboard displays "Admin notifications" next to the settings for this report, which confirms the role requirement. Currently, the system does not allow for customization of this list with specific email addresses or other roles besides Admin.

Manage the roles of tenant members based on whether they need to receive the breached password summary notifications. Granting or removing the Admin role for a user determines if they receive these notifications.

1. Identify the tenant members who should receive the breached password summary notifications.
2. Assign the Admin role to these members to ensure receipt of the report.
3. Remove the Admin role from the members who should no longer receive the report.
