Refresh token exchange fails after account linking. This occurs for tokens originally issued to what is now a secondary account.

Cause

When linking a secondary account the refresh tokens are deleted on the Auth0 side.

Solution

This is a known limitation of account linking. Upon linking, the refresh tokens for the secondary user are invalidated.

There is an open feature request to consider whether to change this behavior.
