Understanding the "Notice: Action Required: Please Login To Keep Your Auth0 tenant" Email
Last Updated:
Overview
Auth0 sends an automated email warning that a tenant is scheduled for permanent deletion due to inactivity. This occurs when a free-plan tenant has no activity for 150 days. Logging in to the Auth0 Dashboard and performing an administrative action prevents the deletion.
When this warning is triggered, Auth0 sends an email with the following subject line: "Notice: Action Required: Please Login To Keep Your Auth0 tenant <tenant>".
Applies To
- Auth0
- Tenant Administration
- Data Processing
Cause
Auth0 considers a tenant inactive and permanently deletes it and all associated data if it uses the Free Plan and shows no activity for a continuous period of 150 days.
