Upload a Second Signing Certificate for a SAML Connection in Auth0

Overview
A requirement exists to upload a second X.509 Signing Certificate for a SAML connection. When the current certificate expires, it is desired to automatically rotate to this "backup" certificate.

Solution
- At the moment, only one X.509 signing certificate can be uploaded to a SAML connection.
- Support for multiple signing certificates is currently being worked on, and is planned to be released for Early Access (EA) by the end of the year 2026.
