Uploading a New Signing Certificate Using Self-Service SSO

Overview

This guide provides the steps to upload a new signing certificate for an Enterprise connection using Self-Service SSO. It outlines the process for generating an update ticket and the actions required to modify the connection configuration.

Solution
  1. Generate a ticket to update the connection by navigating to the Authentication > Enterprise and accessing the Self-Service SSO section.
  2. Select Editing an existing connection as the ticket type.

  3. Specify at least the connection ID and the preferred Time To Live (TTL). 
  4. Select the Create ticket button.

  5. NOTE: Save the ticket URL before proceeding, as it cannot be retrieved later. Once saved, share it with the appropriate contact using a secure method.
  6. Navigate to Configure connection > Manual.
    delete self-service sso signing certificate 
  7. Delete the existing certificate.
  8. Select the Upload signing certificate button to upload the new certificate.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Click Proceed.

  11. Click Test Connection.
  12. Click Done.
