The User Import/Export Extension was officially deprecated in late 2025 and removed from the public Extensions gallery for new installations. Admins who have already installed the extensions will redirect to a blank page because the extension's infrastructure is being deprecated.

The functionality is now available directly in the Auth0 Management Dashboard, eliminating the need to manage a separate extension.

For Exporting Users:

1. Go to User Management > Users.
2. Use the Import/Export Users button at the top right.
3. Click the Export Users button.
4. Choose between CSV and JSON formats and filter by connection.

For Importing Users:

1. Go to User Management > Users.
2. Use the Import/Export Users button at the top right.
3. Click the Import Users button.
4. This uses the same bulk import logic as the extension, but is built into the primary interface.
