The only payment method available for Self-Service subscriptions (the ones managed from the Dashboard) is by credit card. Invoice payment is exclusively available for the Enterprise plan.

However, customers with a yearly spend of over $10,000 can Contact the Auth0 Sales team to purchase an annual contract paid via Invoice.
