Customizing The Edit text on the passwordless email: login-passwordless-email-code screen is not supported at the moment, but it can be customized on the passwordless SMS: login-passwordless-sms-otp screen.

According to the following documentation, this field is not yet supported on the passwordless email: login-passwordless-email-code screen:
