The tenant user is unable to log into the Auth0 Management Portal after accepting the invitation. Tenant users are being redirected back to the login page, and the issue persists even when using Incognito or Private browsers.

• Teams

The user receives an invitation to a specific tenant but does not have membership in the overarching Team. Auth0 requires users to be members of the Team before granting access to the associated tenants within the Auth0 Management Portal.

Add new tenant members to the Team first:

1. Access the Teams Dashboard.
2. Click Members on the left side of the Teams Dashboard.
3. Click Invite a Member.
4. Enter the email address of the member to invite, edit the Team Access Level, and select the tenant(s).
5. Click Send Invite.
