This article addresses an issue where a Tenant Administrator receives an error when attempting to access the Quota Utilization Dashboard. The following error message is displayed:

Sorry! Only dashboard admins of the main production tenant, main-tenant (US) have access to this report. However, you may view the usage reports.

This error occurs because, in a Private Cloud environment, access to the Quota Utilization Dashboard is granted only to users who have an Administrator role on the designated support tenant, not just the main production tenant.

To resolve this issue, an existing administrator must perform the following step:

• Add the user as a tenant member with the Administrator role to the designated support tenant (e.g., <tenant-name>-support@<region>).
