Overview
The Auth0 Support Center contains the Monthly Active Users (MAU) report under the Usage reports section. Administrators can view and download the MAU count for the past 12 months of the subscription.

Solution
How is the Auth0 Monthly Active Users report accessed?
Navigate to the Auth0 Support Center, open the usage reports, view active user metrics for the past 12 months, and download the data as a CSV.
- Navigate to Auth0 Support Center.
- Select Reports, and then choose Usage to view the available usage metrics.
- Locate the Subscription Usage section to find the Active Users Report. This report includes the count of MAU for the past 12 months of the subscription and displays Active Users, Active Users by Tenant, or Total Users by Tenant.
- Download the reports in CSV format.
