Overview

This article explains where admins can find the information about the Monthly Active Users count.

Solution

To access the Monthly Active Users Report:

Access this link.
Go to Reports > Usage.

There, find the Subscription Usage, where the Active Users Report can be found.

This includes the count of Monthly Active Users for the past 12 months of the subscription.

The report can show the Active Users, Active Users by Tenant, or Total Users by Tenant.

The Reports can be downloaded in CSV Format.
