How to Remove PII from Tenant Logs Before Exporting
Tenant logs may contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII), as described in the Personally Identifiable Information Auth0 documentation. This article clarifies whether it is possible to remove or mask these attributes before sending them to an external Log Stream.

It is not possible to remove, purge, or obfuscate PII from tenant logs within Auth0.
-
When streaming to 3rd party destinations, such as DataDog, Auth0 provides the option to obfuscate certain PII tenant log fields. This task may also be possible after the logs are sent to an external log analytics provider. A third-party Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution might also be able to perform this task.
