This article aims to clarify if Support can export the Tenant Logs and how to export those logs.

• System Logs

Support cannot export tenant logs. Please set up a log stream instead. Review Log Streams to learn more.

Technically, logs can be searched and exported using the Management API if the amount is not very large. See Search log events.  Be careful about the rate limit since the maximum number of log entries per page is 100. The rate limit may be hit when performing a lot of bulk exports.
