How to Manage an Auth0 Support Ticket

This article details how to manage a support ticket on the Auth0 Support Center.

Solution

Viewing Tickets

  1. In the Auth0 Dashboard, select the ? icon (Get Support) on the lower left-hand side to open the Support Center.

  2. Select Tickets

Select Tickets

 

  1. Select Request Summary to update the ticket.  To view Subscription Tickets, switch to the Subscription Tickets view. 
    1. NOTE: To manage subscription tickets, the Elevated Support Access role must be assigned to the account. 
    2. The ticket history, attached files, and attached Knowledge Base Articles are displayed.

Select the Request Summary

 

  1. To update the ticket, perform any of the following actions:

    • Add any necessary attachments.

Upload Attachments

 

  • Enter details in the text box, and then select Reply.  

 

Enter details  

 

  1. If the case is resolved, select Reply & Resolve.
