This article details how to manage a support ticket on the Auth0 Support Center.

Solution
Viewing Tickets

In the Auth0 Dashboard, select the ? icon (Get Support) on the lower left-hand side to open the Support Center.
- Select Tickets.
- Select Request Summary to update the ticket. To view Subscription Tickets, switch to the Subscription Tickets view.
- NOTE: To manage subscription tickets, the Elevated Support Access role must be assigned to the account.
- The ticket history, attached files, and attached Knowledge Base Articles are displayed.

To update the ticket, perform any of the following actions:

Add any necessary attachments.

Enter details in the text box, and then select Reply.
- If the case is resolved, select Reply & Resolve.
